Apply for NLNG Post-Primary Scholarship Scheme 2018.

The Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) invites applications from interested and qualified primary school pupils for its 2018 Post-Primary Scholarship Award.

The scheme seeks to support high performing Basic Five/Six pupils through secondary education.

CRITERIA FOR AWARD:

• Must be an indigene of an NLNG host community.
• Must be a Primary Five/Six pupils.
• Must provide Attestation Letter signed and stamped by the relevant Primary School Head Teacher. This must include the Head Teacher’s contact number(s).
• Must provide indigene confirmation letter signed by the Community Development Committee (CDC) Chairman.
• Must provide Identification Letter from Local Government Area.
• Must not be a child or ward of staff of Nigeria LNG Limited.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested persons should visit www.nigerialng.com to apply. Click on the “Our CSR” menu to select “Education” from the drop down menu, then click on Scholarship link, and then select Post-Primary Scholarship Scheme to access the application portal.

(a) Attach a passport sized photograph.

The Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) invites applications from interested first year undergraduates in Nigerian universities for its 2018 Under-Graduate Scholarship Award.

The scheme seeks to promote academic excellence through the support of top-grade students through tertiary institutions.

This was founded as a critical component of education intervention programme for our host communities in 1998 and later opened up to the rest of Nigeria in 2003.

A total of 2,833 undergraduates from various universities in Nigeria have benefited from the scholarship scheme with a spend of over N600 million.

ELIGIBILITY/ CRITERIA FOR AWARD:

Prospective beneficiaries must:

• Have excellence /very good West Africa School Certificate (WASC) or National Examination Council (NECO) results at ONE sitting,
• Be top-scorer at the Joint Admissions & Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination,

Agip scholarship application for first year students has commenced. The Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited (NAOC) Joint Venture in pursuance of its Corporate Social Responsibility invites suitably qualified applicants for its 2017/2018 Session Tertiary Scholarship Scheme.

Category of Awards:A) Host Communities Merit Award – For applicants strictly from NAOC Host Communities.
B) National Merit Award – For applicants from Non-Host communities.

Eligibility / Requirements:

To qualify for consideration, applicants MUST be:

• Registered Full TIME undergraduates in Nigerian Tertiary Institutions
• Certified 100 level students at the time of application (Only students admitted in 2017/2018 academic session)
• NOTE: The following categories of students should not apply:
  – 200 level students and above.
  – Current beneficiaries of similar Awards from other Companies and Agencies.
  – Dependants of NAOC/NAE/AENR.
• Only Indigenes of NAOC Host Communities in Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta and Imo States SHOULD apply for the Host Communities Merit Award.
• Only applicants studying Engineering, Geology, Geosciences and Agricultural Science are eligible for the National Merit Award.
